Effection is a multisensory biofeedback installation that transforms your heartbeat into light and sound.

Using heart rate sensors, the work responds to your body's rhythms in real time, gently guiding you towards a state of coherence - where your heart, breath, and emotions begin to synchronize. Through immersive light, sound, and colour, Effection invites you to slow down, tune into your inner landscape, and experience the connection between your physiological state and the way you perceive the world.

Blending technology, neuroscience, and contemplative practice, the installation offers a space for reflection, presence, and embodied awareness.
